I love them...

Enjoyed the music Cliff Hanger.

I accidentally clicked on to whatever channel that absolutely HORRIFIC America's got talent show is on the other night and saw them for a second.... squinney and I agreed that they were the only thing worth looking at.

I liked it, but is the name a misnomer ?
I thought I heard a drum in the background;
maybe its held together by stringz.

Yeah, you have apoint, but who cares if they're backed up by a ton of other instruments?

I had no idea there was such a show. I saw the clip featured online. Horrific sums it up well.

There's an Australian band, Fourplay, who are strings only, really, any percussion you hear is them banging on their instruments (and they're not aversed to using plectrums on their violins, violas and cellos to get a variety of sounds).

I remember seeing them at Tilley's with about 20 in the audience (really bad weather in the middle of a freezing winter) and they were fantastic. They did PWEI track and of course the Tartan shoulder's remix of Wonderstuff's Cut Up, they must have been going for over a decade.
