Boida- They have these machines in all the supermarkets in my area, (although not with that ridiculous sign).

They actually charge about 9% to use the machine. People bring the loose change that they have been saving in jars. The machine counts the change, and prints a receipt. Then you go to the service department, where you can get bills for your change.

I have used it once. I had a big jar of change. It was worth the 9% not to have to take the time to put the change into those little sleeves that you can bring to the bank.
