just wondering what to put in this puzzle
76a bad mouth, i think its defame but it could also be debase what do you think.
199a dodgy, i think its shady but i think it couls also be shaky.
please let me know what you think.

Still not sure about the DRAIN clue... I would have gone with SIP initially... to me SOP is to absorb, as in "sop up".
I do not have lovatts here. Does the middle letter match with other words?
Absorb or drain is to sop up. But you can drain a glass by sipping it. Same for sup..
