As for blues, you've got to check out Janis Joplin's Turtle Blues.

I see hingehead has already mentioned B.B. King -- here he is doing Three O'Clock Blues.

He also does a great cover of a song called "Never Trust A Woman." heh!
(Unfortunately, I couldn't find him doing that one on youtube -- but he does it very well!)

Someone on Facebook turned me on to this guy. I'd not heard him before and enjoyed it so much I thought I'd share it with other jazz enthusiasts. Made me want to hear a lot more of his music.
