I'm looking for a machine that has no background noise such as a hiss from the mechanism. What are some good choices?

I believe that with Dolby the noise/hiss reduction was better but, I think probably in today's world you could get either a digital recorder and/or software to eliminate.

Tape Cassette Recorder
I need a recorder that takes standard audio cassettes. The tapes will be used by people with standard Walkman-type players.
