Buying a Fruit and Vegetable Juicer: Good Ones?

I am wishing to do more juicing of fresh vegetables and fruit.

I have a juicer - but it baulks at beetroot, cavils at hard carrots, is perplexed by parsley - well, you get the picture!

It is also incredibly noisy, and a horror to clean.

Any suggestions for good, strong, reasonably quiet and easy to clean ones?

Thankee in advance!

From what I've seen on the info ads the Jack LaLanne Power Juicer is one I'd try if I were looking for one. It has a large hopper opening and can juice whole or large pieces of food and looks like it is easy to clean.

I don't have any personal experience with it and have not read any reviews though. Looked on epinions.com for some reviews but no one has written any yet. It isn't available on Amazon.com so can't get reviews from there either.
