Hi

I'm stuck on two

79d - jellied meat dish - B?a?n. Is it brain?
209d - smelly - on the ?o?e. possibly on the nose?

Probably brawn: - the salted and prepared flesh of a boar.

Those clues came up in the Aus editions very recently. From memory I put BRAWN and NOSE.
