Imagine that researchers found that the ability to understand sarcasm develops in all children sometime between the ages of eight and ten. Give a nativist account and a social learning account of this development and devise a single study that would allow you to distinguish between those two accounts. Be sure to explain how different findings would support the different explanations. Further imagine that the researchers discovered vast individual differences in the ability to be sarcastic and developed a test to measure sarcasm. Explain the logic of two kinds of comparisons you would make with these test scores in order to determine the heritability of sarcasm.
Will this be on the final exam?
I want to be measured for my sarcasm level.
I just know my score would be through the roof.
I'm sure I don't get sarcasm. How does it work?

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try . . .
I'm imagining a third-grade sarcasm bee.
It sounds a lot like A2K.
