@Tai Chi,
I don't believe it's been tuned in more than 15 years. I suppose I could be wrong, but it is really out of tune.

(I can't believe there's not a piano tuner on A2K...) Well, I'd say have it tuned (or double-tuned) and see how long it stays in tune. If you get a knowledgeable tuner/technician they can check the tuning pins and make sure they will actually hold the tune. (Over time pins get loose and will need to be replaced by larger ones -- this cannot be done forever though. Don't ever let a technician use wood swelling stuff on your tuning pins.)
