Hope you have a great big happy one Diane!
What more can I say?
Gott in Himmel, who knew...
Hey, Einstein owed me a favor!
To Sweet and Wise Diane, Happy Birthday!
Cake from the crew.... to enjoy with a nice cuppa tea
Region, it's an honor to be your 2nd favorite bass player.
In high school, with the four other girls in the bass section, the single boy would regularly tease me by pulling up my ponytail and saying, "Hey, it's a girl!" Actually, he was very nice and we dated a few times. What memories have come back to me from the late 50's and early 60's.
Dadpad, Oz has lots to be jealous of. Smart men and women who all seem to be prize physical specimen, I guess because all of you grow up swimming in the ocean.
Osso, The Rest is Noise sounds wonderful. I remember reading the review and thinking I should probably buy it. Glad I didn't. Hee.
EhBeth, I haven't done much on facebook. A little bird is a good idea for one of the photos I plan to add. Hugs to you and Set.
Izzie, you have outdone yourself, you sweet thang. That cake is really gorgeous! Are you planning on sailing across the pond to deliver it in person? That would truly be the icing on the cake.
Lezzles, thank you for the lovely greeting. Such good friends on a2k. Where else could so many cool people be found?
Jane, I'm amazed that Einstein found his way back from some parallel universe just to write that flattering message. Thanks for conjuring him up and convincing him to write to me in English. Just shows what a talented and charming woman you are.
It isn't quite midnight here. In about half an hour I will officially be 65. That number sounds so old, yet I don't feel old at all, with the occasional exceptions being aches after too much exercise and the onset of a gentle sort of senility that comes and goes. Ah, life. It's so good most of the time.
You're ok, kiddo...
that's what my seventy something neighbor from Venice tells me, while I think, huh? So I'll say the same to you as your superior in years.
See you tomorrow.
Are we there yet, Diane?
....If so, Happy birthday, my dear! (again!)
I'm OK and you're OK. I'm ready for tomorrow and cake at the Flying Star.
Msolga, it is now 12:49 here in Albuquerque. We're there and counting. Thanks for the 'official' birthday greeting.
If only I could find my Danube book I could go to bed... but no. I've lost it in my own small house.
Ok, ok, g'night.
For the lady who went
From darkness to light
Who created dawn out of
Dark and deep night,
May you always
Stay lovely
As you are on your day
And bloom with the desert
Flowers' array.
Happy Birthday Hummingbird.
The big day arrives! Happy happy b day.
Ill bet they still card you. Happy Birthday sister Diane.
Happy, Happy Birthday, Diane!!!!
I hope you have a fantastic day.
