Well good luck!
Enjoy what you can while the world is still here to turn.
From another occasional sufferer...God, I hate it. Daqylight and dawn have broken. I am soon to go out and will get coffee later. Yestrerday as just as hot, may be more , Closing in on 100 degree mark,
Wow, it's almost dawn ... Time flies!
Rae? Did you catch ZzZzZz's after all?
Yup, sun's definitely up. (Yawn, stretch).
Why does the dawn always make me so sleepy?
well, now I'm at it too...
wanted to drink a quantity that's not good for me, but got of the job too late... now I'm between a pillow and hard place the stones somehow I want to sleep, but when I go to bed I turn like a freakin' ceilingfan!!!
Rae, has it been mentioned that insomnia can be brought on when you quit smoking?
Yeah, but she got back on the wagon, so to speak, before that, or did I miss something?
speaking of which, brb, gotta have cig!
roger, you out there?
yeah, a couple days ago. Wow, 3 pages in the space of 24 hours. What a good, supportive place we have here.
I know what you mean, but still it's close to 4 o'clock in the morning here and I I still can't sleep...so please don't get sarcastic on me, 'cuz i can't have it right now ;-)
This is the INSOMNIA thread, isn't it? Not the "not a smoker anymore"thread?
Am so not being sarcastic! I was, however, woprried it might sound that way. I'm serious though.
So, bigdice, why do you have insomnia?
Dunno, I'll be damned, haven't had any troubles getting my sleep whatsoever 'til tonite!
Maybe my line should say "I'll be damned, I'm here?" ;-)
can one sleepless night be called insomnia? I thought it was a condition. So, anything different today? More caffeine? More stress?
Gotta start a new thread I think... Someday soon, it'll be a mix between "job rant", Friends of Bill W.", and "100000000 things that I hate about my workplace"( I LUV my job)... Haven't got the (howshouldIsay)(guess) the guts(yet)...
the guys and dolls from doing restaurantservice knows what I mean...
..but, tonite is a totally different matter!!!
Hmmm. I worked a bar for 4 years. But, I'm not so sure what you're talking about.
being close to alcohol, working >beep>upped hours, trying to maintain a relationship, "hey, I buy you a drink, you do all ask for"-kind of customer, being close to alcohol, having booze at your fingertips at all times... you mean you never touched the stuff in four years???
nah, it's not a condition, really, but I'm not really used to it!!! Work like a horse, sleep like a bear...prolly sound like a working horse trying to get away from a bear!!!
while I'm sleeping...
