I see where you came up with ANO for 73 ac.

Would AZO also be acceptable? I had changed my answer from ANO to AZO.. " The halogenated AZO dyestuffs etc.. which dyes a wool fabric etc..

Have also looked at AZO and it could well be the right answer, but on the other hand I found many references to ANO on the net. I discussed this answer with another puzzle friend of mine and we both decided to go for ANO. I suggest Google both ANO and AZO and make up your mind from there. I'm certainly not suggesting you're wrong!

I did google both ANO & AZO and find it a toss up. My crossword dictionary gives Dye compound as AZO so I may stick with that. Feel both answers will be accepted as right.
