I know Niceville well - a small town outside the main gate at Eglin Air Force Base. I was there for several months flying on a test project a few decades ago. However I liked Defuniac springs (up the road to the northeast) a little better.
Morristown is pretty nice, however (at least for New Jersey). It's a very bright, but cold winter day here.
