I need help with Euro or U.K work visa

Hi.

I want to first of all thank who every responds to this for any possible help its very much appreciated. Lets start of with the fact that ive been in probation for a year for some very regretable stuff my record is any thing but clean. I just want to leave and go to europe and start over. I just would like to know how much it would cost ( work visa) and whats the overall steps i would need to take in order to get a perminent work and living visa. i'm also fluient in english and spanish could that possibly help?
