hi anyone who can help
my fiance and i are currently in the usa
i would like to know because he is born in australia and we will be goign to england does he need a visa for work b4 he gets there or can he get he visa when we get to england because australia is under the commomwealth???
The UK is part of the EU (but not the Schengen Treaty), so European visa regulations are valid:
