Simply take the number of years multiplied by the number days in a year by the hours in a day by the minutes in an hour by the seconds in a minute

13.7 billion years x 365.25days/year x24hours/day x 60minute/hour x 60seconds/minute

Years, days, hours, minutes, all cancel each other out in the equation to leave you with seconds.

The Universe doesn't have days.

You are being anthropomorphic.
