Hi all,

I am still stuck on the cryptic. Please help...

34a Nothing to be gained by going back in a fifty
35a He is taken in by hopelessly ardent supporter
39a Curved structure on front of vintage Jag is an ideal example
41a It makes you wake up in a panic
44a Develop plan in use for headland
47a Short-lived fashion commercial shown after false start
30d Lowering the worth of the French holding, dear?
43d Remove bullets from gun and share your troubles
45d Half the news and two editors required
64d Note holder on fridge is a crowd puller

As this was my first finished cryptic someone will have to check me on this, but here's what I had.

34a Nothing to be gained by going back in a fifty NIL
35a He is taken in by hopelessly ardent supporter ADHERENT
39a Curved structure on front of vintage Jag is an ideal example ARCHTYPE
41a It makes you wake up in a panic ALARM
44a Develop plan in use for headland PENINSULA

I go along with striker's submissions but one. For 39a I have ARCHETYPE

43d = unload
45d = needed
64d = magnet

Thanks Dutchy. I did have ARCHETYPE - just typo while late on night shift! This makes me more confident that I have actually completed my first cryptic!
