NOTE: I'm sure most everybody heard about the gas pipe explosion in San Bruno, California. Many children and people of good will sent the city some $400,000 to help the victims of the explosion, but the city doesn't know how to distribute the money fairly. Some suggested dividing the total by the number of victims, while others suggested that some may recover most of their loss through their insurance policies, and that would be "double-dipping" in a manner of speaking. So, a2k members, what's the most fair way to distribute this money?
