long story short, we were in the neighborhood for his (to be last) concert, and my wife (at the time) opted to go see a different show.

I can't remember now what the show was, but it was that forgettable.

He was considered to be one of the greatest musicians to come from the state of Texas - guitar, voice, looks, he had it all!

my ex-wife will admit now that we shoulda gone to the other concert...

her music taste was always kinda questionable.

I gotta get back to the future now,

gonna go take a shower and get the brush outta my truck.

gotta go to the far side of the city for a load of free landscaping blocks and paving stones...
