Backronym with HOO

Hi everybody!
I'm french, english isn't my mother tongue.
For my studies, I have to find a name for my "virtual" webmastering/webdesign agency.
I would like to keep a name that my friend and I use often : "Hoo"
But it has no sense, and it doesn't sound professional.
That's why we would like to give it a real sense, using a backronym related to the internet.

(We thought about "Head Of Operations" but that's too proud !!)

Could you help me? It would be really kind Smile

C'est un acronyme, mais à l'envers.
On a donné un sens a des lettres qui étaient ensemble sans en avoir..
un rétro-acronyme en français
C'est souvent confondu avec l'acronyme.. mais c'est sensiblement pareil Smile
