i agree lola, i have had many therapy classes and been learning how to give therapy. his technique is very unconventional, but in a bad way. by scaring people and yelling at them you don't get much success from the patient. tough love is ok to an extent but i find him ridiculous. i like opra though, i know you can kill me for liking opra.
