Value of capacitor on motherboard laptop(DELL Latitude C640)

I have a laptop ( DELL Latitude C640 ) can not charge the battery because of a broken capacitor on the motherboard near the power jack of the laptop which is responsible of charging the battery as shown in the photo. i want to know the capacity (the value) of that capacitor to replace it. thanks
