Purchased plasma moniter..need to know how to make into a TV

I am buying a maxent 50x5 HD Plasma moniter and I need to know how to make it into a TV?

It is only a moniter and I think i need something like a receiver or tuner? But I have no idea. Its plasma, 50in, HD ready and all that.
