News flash lady sells breast milk

I think you mean "woman". No lady would sell her breast milk.

Why is she crazy?

I see nothing wrong with it.

Breast milk was made to feed babies and some women want to breastfeed but can't. It's no different to me than a farmer growing crops to sell.

There would have to be regulations and testing done on all the milk prior to being sold though, since nearly everything a woman eats/takes into her body is transmitted into the breast milk.

Is the woman using a pump to extract her milk for sale, or is she a wet nurse?

lactation can be induced in non-child bearing women with drug therapy.

There is a market for this - there are some moms like Bella made reference that have difficulty producing milk. It is also helpful for pre-mature babies that would greatly benefit from breast milk over formula. In most cases, if there is a medical need for these babies - there are women who will pump and donate their milk - usually not sold.

Why is selling breast milk gross?

Why do people think that anything that has to do with the human body is gross, yet they suck down cow milk from infected udders and call it healthy?

There are already milk banks where women can donate any excess.

What's the problem with selling it?
