I'm not myopic, I am a human being!

I'm sick and tired of the myopic being viewed as less than specatular.

I can no longer stand quietly by.

Raise your glasses to myopics!

Four eyes good, two eyes bad.

Do we have to be able to see in order to be counted?

PS One of the things I absolutely must have with me, even if stripped of almost all other things, is an eyeglass repair kit.

Myopic women of the world unite!

The men can unite with us but it appears they are too cowardly to be counted.

We're mad as hell and we're not going to take it anymore.

I'll stand with you--could we have a bright, yellow line to toe?

(Incidently, has anyone noticed that people these days are "towing lines" all over the place).

I love my glasses. I'm tired of people asking me if I've considered contacts.

My glasses look like this:

There are bifocals in my near future (as no matter how much I stretch I just can't make my arms any longer).

Love love love my glasses.
Hated contacts.
Don't understand why people keep shovig the idea of laser surgery at me.

I love my glasses.

I look good in them

Though I'll admit I was wondering today what new frames Owen is going to kit me out in next time.

I haven't quite figured that out yet myself.

I'm a proud glasses wearer and have been for nearly 40 years. I think of glasses as face jewelry. Love them!

Nevertheless, it has recently come to my attention that wearing glasses for fashion sake is insensitive to the visually challenged. So I'm thinking that us glasses wearers need to step up and crush the glasses as fashion crowd.

Glasses aren't fashion, they're a medical device.

Or something like that, maybe, I guess, but I'm not really sure.

But...isn't it GOOD for us if glasses become highly desirable?

Can't we be deep thinkers, AND enjoy the brief flurry of glasses being chic and sensual?

You're certainly turning me on!

All of you sexy, gorgeous glasses wearers are so hot. Maybe that's why we need to keep them away from the well sighted.
