Surely you're not comparing me and the E St. Band to them.

That would be very wrong.

Hey, Bruce, I'm glad you stopped by. I'd like to say something to you. Hmmm...where do I start...yeah, you did play a few old classics, but you played almost the entire new CD, and it took up well over half the f---ing show! Yes, you played Born to Run, Jersey Girl, Hmmm...Brilliant Disguise, Dancing in the Dark, and maybe a couple other old classics, but there was no Rosalita, no 10th Avenue Freeze-Out, no Thunder Road, no Born in the USA, no Pink Cadillac, and the list goes on from there...Jesus, Bruce, don't be such a whore! You've made it! You don't need to push this mediocre mid-tempo middle-aged man music down our throats. Play a couple songs off the new disk and just let it go, Bruce! Oh, and another thing, you only played for a little over two hours, did one encore and were gone with just a bow and a walkoff. No thanks to the audience at the end of the show!? Well screw you too, big man! Working class hero my ass....

There is no such thing as a Rock Star, male or female, who is over 4O.

Actually.

There is no such thing as a Rock Star over 30.

There are musicians, but ... /

I have pretty good seats for the show at Madison Square Garden next month. That should hopefully make up for this crapfest. I can't wait for that one.

But dude! If these guys stopped making new music what would they play over the intercom PA at the supermarket or while I am waiting in the lobby at the dentist!

I support their right to suck so we never run out of stuff to laugh at.

I have an extra ticket, and I am currently interviewing candidates for the position of "person who sits next to Kicky." Unless you have a nice rack and love to shake it, however, I'm not sure you've got much of a chance.

As long as he doesn't start singing or dancing like Michael, I'm cool with that. Yeah! Rock on, Diamond Dave!

Yea I'd bet VH will help get rid of that bad taste. Roth was the quintessential rock front man no doubt.

I loved his stuff. This little bit definitely fits here:

Bill Hicks - Play from your f*cking heart!
