Holiday Cryptic No. 62

Hello everyone!
I'm stuck on a few of the cryptic clues...
I have answers for them all but I just don't know the reasoning behind the clues!!!
36A - Castles in the air? ROOMS?
40A - Company badge displays a fallen tree & a duck? I have LOGO (LOG-fallen tree but how is the duck involved)?
63D - Three times the volume ? TRILOGY
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Catgirl

36a = rooks (castles from a chess game)

40a = logo (log and 0 for duck, heard of a duck in cricket?)

63a = triology (is a set of books consisting out of three volumes)

Someone else may have other interpretations, but above will do me. Smile

I would never have associated a duck with cricket, nor would I have thought of rooks. When it comes to these cryptics I've got to remember to think outside the box! Thanks for your help.
