would you notice the earths movements? or would it feel like standing anywhere else on the planet?

if you're talking about the spinning of the earth, it would be less noticeable. the earth spins faster along the equator os if you were to notice anything, i suspect it would be along the edges, not at the poles (axis).
i notice that the shape of the magnetic field around earth is donutish, is there an increase in the amount of radiation let through the atmosphere at the poles due to this at all? or are the magnetic forces strengthened at the poles?
magnetic lines of flux quickly lose strength as distance from the source increases.

I'm not sure you could feel it, but you could certainly see it in the stars at night.
No, you wouldn't notice the Earth rotating. Where-ever you are right now, you dont notice the Earth moving do you? Where-ever you stand on the Earth, including the poles, the angular speed of the Earth is the same. That is, the degrees through which the Earth rotates in an hour is the same all over the world. So if you dont notice it in London, or Cape Town, or New York, where-ever; it is all the same.
Ok, granted, if you stand on one of the poles, your axis of rotation is different, but it doesnt matter as you are moving along at the exact same speed as the ground, why would you notice movement? Unless you were watching the stars or something.
WHAT happens when you stand directly on the poles?
Your feet get really, really cold.
(When you figure out how to stand on both poles at once, let me know.)
