Didn't you read that study from Harvard that it does not matter how we spell anymore as long as people know what you are saying ans seems like you know exactly what I am saying, by the way I was taught to spell Favor with a U in it as in Favour, Get it.

Personally, I like correct spelling and correct punctuation. It makes everything easier to read and understand, by those of us who know who to do both, that is. I hate trying to figure out what someone's saying when it's due to a lack of punctuation. Your post, DrMom, is one of those. I usually just pass them by but yours was a little rude so it caught my attention.

Notice my spelling and punctuation are perfect.

Sorry if you thought it was rude, I was actually trying to be funny.
First I need to learn to type. I have made that clear elsewhere that I am a poor typist. It takes me so long to type that by the end I am not able to spare anymore time reviewing for typos in spelling and finding punctuations. Taking typing lessons but they don't get to punctuation until the end.
I am telling you my sense of humor is not good for getting along with young females like yourself. I am amazed at why I have never offended any male so far with my sense of humor( may be they just get lost in my beauty and do not get offended)

Not the ones on a2k , I am sure they don't read my posts, there is nothing of particular interest to them in " My Posts" usually. I meant the ones who see me and suffer through my humor day to day.
Well you look young to me. Now I am trying to " Rub it in" so you won't be mad at me. And it is a pain to look for punctuation marks when you do not know how to type. I like my old style better.

Typing skills have nothing to do with punctuation; that is completely grammar-related. It's difficult to read the new spelling, ie. u r 2 gud. Ick. I skip over all that shite and you'll seldom, if ever, see me in those threads. They are painful to read. As painful as trying to distinguish what someone is trying to say without punctuation. Similarly, I don't bother conversing with people who don't speak loud enough because it's a damn annoyance to strain to understand and hear what they say.

Well try typing with one finger and trying to fing Comma's and periods not knowing where they are with your eyes closed. It is like telling a blind person " Use your eyes, Can't you see" Won't that be rude ?
