HI EVERYONE
JUST COMPLETING THE CROSSWORD AND I'M STUCK ON 2 ANSWERS.
115d - priest's robe a_b
30d - nigerian language group
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE?
THANKS IN ADVANCE.
CROSSWORD LOVER.
Hi, I have not got to this one yet, so I would wait for confirmation, but here is what I came up with:
ALB: a white linen liturgical vestment with sleeves; worn by priests.
KWA: a group of African language in the Niger-Congo group spoken from the Ivory Coast east to Nigeria.
Good to see another West Aussie  GL with your entry. I am sure Dutchy will be by to confirm shortly.

Hi and thanks so much. I continued researching - Hating to be beaten!!!- and finally found those answers, so I can confirm that you are 100% correct. Great to hear from another Sand Groper. GL to you when you tackle this one.
Many thanks once again.

Hi crossword lover
Finally have a chance to look at the threads:
The submissions made by lmur and mrs.green are 100% correct.
Good Luck with your entry.
Hi all. 134D. I have '"SNORTY" but it could also be "SNAPPY". Any Thoughts?
Hi Butain
I have gone for "snappy", someone will probably verify.
Hi Dutch. Going by Onelook Dictionary's definitions I am still leaning towards "Snorty". Maybe some of the others my have some thoughts.
Hi Butain
Maybe this will convince you:
Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1) - Cite This Source - Share This
snap·py /ˈsnæpi/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[snap-ee] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
-adjective, -pi·er, -pi·est. 1. apt to snap or bite; snappish, as a dog.
2. impatient or irritable, as a person or a reply.
3. snapping or crackling in sound, as a fire.
4. quick or sudden in action or performance.
Hi Dutch. By that definition, Madam Lovatt would have to accept both, as Dictionary Com has for 'Snorty': "(British Informal) Ill-tempered or Anoyed [Syn: Shirty]"
I'm at somewhat of a disadvantage not knowing what the clue is but does snotty and/or sniffy satisfy?
Hi Solipsister. If you look back at the post you will see the clue is 134 down. Short-tempered. The current discussion is whether either word is acceptable.
