Some people want to ban the above fashion.

Sagging? Go directly to jail.

What is wrong with those people?

Dungaree chaps. Haaah/ They wear em like belted pants below their asses and they belt up so that the unnerware sticks out. This look is getting really gay so why not bring back the Village PEople style.

At my advanced years Im more amused at how many different modes of wear that clothing has been subjected to. I propose to wear my pants belted just under my armpits, sort of PEe Wee Herman style. Now theres a look.

When I was much younger, I always wondered at the looseness of Jimmy Cagney's trousers. Now, I wear the loosest pants I can buy. Tight jeans are much too constricting.

That look is its own punishment. More is cruel and unusual,

Imagine when their kids see the old pictures of dad....they'll pee themselves!

The Boston City Council has a proposal on their agenda to consider a ban on exposed underwear as well.

I'd imagine it's hard to look cool while walking like a penguin.

Kind of a stationary fashion statement?

In a way, though, it's kinda reasurring that our elected officials have time to worry about this crap. Crime, sanitation, water rights, road construction and whatnot being solved, they can turn their eyes to fashion.

Sagging began in prison, where oversized uniforms were issued without belts to prevent suicide and their use as weapons. The style spread through rappers and music videos, from the ghetto to the suburbs and around the world.

Ha! Says a lot about rappers and the youth of today (I mean pop culture)

"It's a fad like hot pants; however, I think it crosses the line when a person shows their backside," Ms. Lartigue said. "You can't legislate how people dress, but you can legislate when people begin to become indecent by exposing their body parts."

Ha! Ha! Yes, that deserves two! What about low-rider jeans, tank tops, boob tubes, crop tops, hot pants, shorts....
It's ridiculous making a certain fashion sense illegal, let people dress however they want to, it's not your concern. As long as they are not exposing ther rear-ends, then why not.

If you're pants are below your butt line, are you even considered to be wearing pants?
