Cat drinking air conditioner condensation

I have a window air conditioner that drips condensation into the room, so i put a bucket on the floor to catch it. I'm worried that when I'm not home my cat may try to drink some of this water.

Is air conditioner condensation poisonous?

Not any more so than the air in your house. The condensate is the moisture from the air in your home. It probably has some extra dirt and dust in it that it picks up from inside the A/C case but otherwise it is naturally distilled water.

If you tip the A/C unit up so that the back of the unit hanging outside is lower than the front face is the water will drain outside.
