Uranus - Did God forget to texture this one?

Anyone who's ever dabbled in a 3D program knows what I mean. When you create a new object, it has this exact same appearance. ( Sorry to even mention God in the Science section, let alone in the Subject line ). I watched a show the other night and it really made me think our creator used Raydream or Studio Max when creating the planets. He just forgot to throw a UV map and a material. He also forgot to reset the pivot so it rotates on the Y-axis, instead of it's 98 degree tilt.
