need info for my fish

my fish is a gold fish i think the fish is a boy but im not sure how can i tell if it is a male or a female and it also looks like it is covered in blood [red]
on the underneath of it gills any way i would like some info soon! im realy worried about it Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Sad Sad

Looks like your goldfish has Hyperplasia.
