Can I use a dipole antenna to connect to my satellite radio? Or do I have to use my satellite radio antenna and find an extension cable?

I've never heard it referred to as a sirius satellite radio before, but, hey, that's your cross to bear, brother.

Well my antenna's cable is only 30 feet. And I need another 30 feet so it can be connected to my satellite radio in my office. Do I just by an extension cable or a dipole antenna would do the trick?
