Electrical question

I'm a DIY and none of my electrical books show me how to hook up this scenario I would love a drawing if someone has a solution.

The box has:
-1 switch for lights (14-2 wire)
-1 switch for fan (14-3 wire)
Originally the black and blue wire were connected to the switch)
-1 wire supplies a outlet (14-2 wire)
-1 wire wire is the hot (14-2 wire)
