Remove dimmer switch

I have a dual switch, half light and half ceiling fan. The light has a dimmer switch on it. I’m switching to Hue bulbs everywhere, which don’t work well with dimmer switches. How can I remove the light dimmer and switch to a normal on/off switch, with fan speed control?

Not sure how to post a picture here.
