If you bought a car for NGN500,000 just now, and it's second hand price is NGN400,000 but you can use it as a taxi and earn NGN10,000 a month for 60 months before disposing it for free. How much is it worth to you?

@kenny4cesc,
You can't really compute the present day value of the income stream unless you know what the alternative is. You could sell the car for NGN400,000, but what would you do with the money? If you invest it in another business opportunity making a 10% return, you would be better off selling the car. If you are going to put it in a mattress you would be better of making the NGN600,000.
