Purpose of using antibody HyperAcH4 western blot

Hello
Could you please help me understand why the researcher used the control H4 and the antibody Hyper AcH4 Western in Figure 5 of this article?

Also, what's the reason for using the arginine and glutamine mutations for lysine - on the same Figure (panel B)
