Can I convert a 120v 9 pin arcade game to 24v?

I have a Golden Tee machine that has a Bill acceptor connection with a 120 v 9 female plug. I also have a 24 volt Mars 2000 bill acceptor that has a male 2 X 14 28 pin. Is there and adapter I can buy to connect the two? Is it even possible to do?
