I have found this site through a book that my dear friend Sarah Gardner gave me for my birthday. It's the first edition of "Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome Survival Manual....Boy! was I glad to have that book thrown at me(LOL) It's been my personal bible and now I hear that there's another edition out!
I hope that I will find some helpful tips here or some materials to help me cope with this ongoing disease that I will have for the rest of my life....
I am a survivor not only of this disease but of other things and I am willing to share my story to others who need help in everyday situations of living with minimal pain......whatever that may be!
God is very loving, kind, and puts you where you need to be for others to notice that He is working with us....Just listen and He will be there for you in your time of need.
