I am a mother of three. I have been manipulated, lied to, and tricked by local cps caseworkers and the towns law enforcement. In 2014 my 6 year old was taken by cps due to a traffic stop that led to my arrest. I am still going though trial 3 years later for this wrongful arrest. Cps placed my 6 year old with her aunt because her dad was in prison for the 2nd time. I did what I was ordered for cps but they made it impossible to get my daughter back. 3 months after her dad got out cps gave him custody not even a year later and he is back in prison for murder. My daughter is back with her aunt. My 2nd child was taken by cps my appointed attorney tricked me into signing my rights away at 3 months. I never get to see him again. Now my 3rd child was out of wedlock and the father n mother in law are lying to me with cps saying I can't have him and if I try to take him they will call the law and all kinds of threats. I can't afford attorney I have no family support and frankly I am traumatized by cps and local pd I am to scared to stand up to them which would problem only make them angry and more viciois. Without anyone in my corner I have no chance. I'm a good mother my kids love me. I just want my babies back. HELP PLEASE!!!!
