I love writing, more than anything in the world. It is my passion, i have dreams of writing books and ive tried but i just cant get the right perspective and most of my writings end up as poetry or short stories. My goal is to major in English and Creative Writing, and to write all that i can.

Reading wise i love the first person views that both Faulkner and Salinger take; especially in my favorite piece of literature to date, The Sound and the Fury, Quentin's section is the most insightful and depressing thing that i have read, I even wrote an essay on the symbols used in Quentins section. I am also a fan of Irving's, A Prayer for Owen Meany which i am currently finishing.

I am also a big fan of poetry particularly Tennyson's poem Break, Break, Break. I also like T.S. Eliot's Wasteland, and The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock. From Robert Frost i get my favorite qoute of all time, Frost once said, I can sum up everything i have learned in life in three words: It goes on.

Influences: J.D. Salinger, John Irving, William Faulkner, Robert Frost, Alfred Lord Tennyson, T.S. Eliot, Toni Morrison.
