I am an empathetic extremist with a painfully wide world view.
I practice unconditional love, beginning with myself and extending out to everyone and everything. This can be a challenge so, as I said, I practice. Practice may not always make perfect but it sure does make one mo' better.
I am learning all the time...and willing to periodically embarrass myself in the process. After all, our ability to mature in any area is directly proportional to our ability to tolerate embarrassment. Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly at first.
