Printing page problem

I looked up and printed a page for a friend. The problem is that when I printed the page it printed in a very small font and it's hard to read. Is there a way to make the font bigger when printing? I have never had this problem before!

don't know why it's doing that.
i did a print preview, and the font is the right size:

what you could do to work around the problem is paste the text into a word doc or e-mail, and print that out...
