iPaq 1910 and SD help

Hi, All.

I got an iPaq 1910 a couple of months ago. Yesterday I bought a 256 MB SD card, for use in this little toy.

My first question is ... how do I get 'stuff' onto the SD card? Naturally, next question would be how do I get the stuff off the card?

Any advice will be helpful, since I haven't a clue Confused .
