I now avoid ironing for years at a time. (Sometimes people look at me funny...)
I have been unpacking for a while. I've a nice 100% wool jacket that I pulled out of a box somewhat wrinkled. I do so hate to take it to be cleaned just to get it unwrinkly. (I once asked a drycleaning establishment to just iron something and, no go.) I've no idea what box left in storage my iron is in and I refuse to buy another one.
Shall I let the cake out in the rain, or the jacket in champagne, or what?
