Hello there. I have a PayPal account and someone sent me money. I am unable to send the money to another person because I don't have a credit card. Does that means I can't send money without adding a credit card? If I add a credit card, will the credit card company contact me or send me something?

You can set up your Paypal account to take money right out of your bank account instead of using a credit card. Your bank or credit card will not send you anything other than what you would normally see using either. Hope this helps.
