For some not so strange reasons (AMERICAN online) I'm always counted "from America".
(On the other hand, I downloaded a pay-per-view program only for UK-residents .... and got clearance for being one  )

And only now noticing the 10K+ Indians in CalamityJane's post..... Wow! I only know of Spidergal, Sakhi and Vinsan - Indians from India - that is. (Now we know that A2K is the second most favorite pastime for Indians after Cricket.)

How to we get the word out, that A2K has completed her "recovery", and try to get back some of the old members, who give up on the site, and to attract new members?[/color][/b]

Why is it a goal to attract new members? I say we just do what we always do and if they come, they come. It's always worked before. Who cares if people leave? I'm just not sure why attracting new members should be a goal.

Alas, alas, no 10K+ Indians, that was a mistake - see my reply to CalamityJane right underneath her post..

Still, being the 10,650th most favorite online pastime for Indians is not bad either ;-)

I think when the site was short on RAM that the old members circled the wagons and became very clubby in adversity.

We simply need more posts on "my husband watches porn," which is always very interesting.

Or about "I've seen Slappy Doo Doo's porn, I'm scarred forever, where do I get professional help?"

I have a number of reasons. One, I think that new people mean fresh ideas. Second, new people mean more "hits" on the site ads, which pays the bills, so that the site can remain viable.

Did someone mention porn?

No - I'm sure that they meant pawn!

You're going to have to sacrifice something to remain here!

Now - get on with it!

Actually, they meant prawns and now Gus has thrown his overshoes on top of the appetizers that were meant to lure people back to A2K.

I have been known to come and go from A2K. Lately I am not as active as I have been. Sometimes we find other things in life (like porn) to keep us occupied.
