I am working on a project as part of which I want to look at the determinants of emerging market bond spreads in eastern Europe compared to Latin America. I have a set of data but I don't know how to know whether any of the bonds are Brady Bonds - is there somewhere where I can check this? I wanted to just look at USD Eurobonds.
My second question is that I want to select one bond for each of the countries, what can I use to see whether a liquid market exists for a particular bond?
Finally, if I should exclude bonds with a maturity within a certain timeframe what would you recommend as the cut-off time?
Thank you.

noodles, WELCOME to A2K. Sorry, but I can't answr any of your questions, because I'm only familiar with bonds offered through American financial institutions. They may have some holdings in international bonds, but I'm not sure which ones, and for what terms. c.i.
